“Duty”

Today’s reading:

Luke 17:7-10

Here is a passage your rarely, if ever, hear preached or taught.

We have so much in the Lord.
Yes. All is true.

But, we must remember that we are servants of the Most High.
We are His slaves.

We deserved nothing of the grace and mercy that He has chosen to pour forth upon us.

This parable moment with the Savior brings out this truth.
We are undeserving of special praise.
As servants, we are simply doing what is our duty to do.

Each believer has a calling, a purpose, a position and function within the Kingdom.

Live it.
Do it.
It is our duty.
