“To Him Be Glory…”
Blessings folk!
Paul brings this portion of the letter to a point of Doxology...praise of God!
Give close attention to what we learn about God.
Ephesians 3:20-21
20 Now to Him who is able to do far more abundantly than all that we ask or think, according to the power at work within us,
21 to Him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, forever and ever. Amen.
He is able far more abundantly than all that we ask or think…
That is an amazing phrase and an interesting way to word it.
“Far more abundantly”...much more.
More than we can think.
More than we can imagine.
More than we can ask.
He is able to do so.
Without limit.
There is no limit to God’s ability to do…
Then…
According to the power at work within us!
The limitless ability and power to do is at work within us.
It is in this that we should live.
Our response?
To Him be the glory!
Glorify and praise God without ceasing.
Glory of Father in the church.
Glory of Father in Christ Jesus.
For how long?
Throughout all generations.
Forever and ever!
Amen! (Make it so!)
