Blessings folk!

The Lord has warned.

When those in Judea see the abomination of desolation, then they are to flee to mountains.

How quickly?
How hurriedly?

Jesus tells us…

Mar 13:14-19

“But when you see the ABOMINATION OF DESOLATION standing where it should not be
(let the reader understand), then those who are in Judea must flee to the mountains.

“The one who is on the housetop must not go down, or go in to get anything out of his house;

and the one who is in the field must not turn back to get his coat.

“But woe to those who are pregnant and to those who are nursing babies in those days!

“But pray that it may not happen in the winter.

“For those days will be a time of tribulation such as has not occurred since the beginning of the creation which God created until now, and never will.

On a housetop?
Do not even stop to pick anything up.

In a field?
Do not turn back to get your coat.

Woe to those who are pregnant.
Woe to those who are nursing babies in those days.
Difficulty of travel.
Difficulty of fleeing.
Still, GO!

Pray that it may not happen in winter.
Same reasons.
Difficulty of travel.
Speed and expediency is of import.

Remember, this is for “those who are in Judea”.

How difficult will the days be?
Read the last verse again.
A time of tribulation unlike anything that has occurred since the beginning of creation.
Think on that.
Think of all the evil that has occurred through man.
This will be worse.

It will be worse than anything that occurs thereafter.

This is the time of the “Great Tribulation”, an often used and misappropriated term.
The Great Tribulation is the wrath of satan poured out on the Church and the Jews/Israel.
The Great Tribulation is not the wrath of God (many believe this…it clearly is not)
The wrath of God is the Day of the Lord.
The Day of the Lord is God’s wrath poured out upon unbelieving man.

Are you ready?
Readiness is only found in the Lord.
All else will fail and will eventuate in the wrath of God.

Be ready.
