“Illumined”

Today’s reading:
Matthew 6:22-23
Luke 11:34-36

Are you wholly illumined?
Is your whole body full of light?

If you are a true Believer you are indwelled with the Light of the Holy Spirit.

In these verses we see that Jesus is instructing us to protect that Light.

The eye is the lamp of the body.

If our eye is clear, then the fullness of Light is in the Body.
If not clear...if focused upon things other than the Kingdom...then the Body is full of darkness.

Upon what do you focus with the eye?
Are you filled with darkness?
Guard your eyes.
Let not darkness in.
