“Sword…”

Blessings folk!

Standing firm in…
Truth
Righteousness
Readiness given by the Gospel of Peace
Salvation

Truly, the Lord has not left us abandoned.
He has equipped and empowered His Body for the work and service of the Kingdom.
He has given us everything we need.
We simply need to appropriate, through obedience, that which He has granted to each one of us.

But, wait there is more! (Why do I feel like an infomercial?) LOL

Ephesians 6:17
17 and take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God,

The Sword of the Spirit.
The Word of God.

They are one and the same.

The Lord has graciously granted us His Word.
The Word is the Sword which the Spirit will use.

If we know the Word.
If we allow the Spirit.

The sad reality is that most True Believers do not know the Word of God...the written Word.
They know about it.
They know denominational interpretations, distinctive, emphasis.
They know what someone has told them.
They know what they think they know...

But, rare is the person that seeks to know and discover the Truth of the Word of God themselves.

Therefore, rare is the person that is properly equipped with the Sword of the Spirit.

Be not that person.
Learn the Word.
Know the Word.
By doing so, you will Know The Word...the Lord Himself.
