“Kingdom of God…”

Today’s reading:

Luke 17:20-21

Religionists always want a sign before they believe.

Here, the Pharisees queried Jesus as to when the Kingdom of God was coming.

Apparently they were seeking a sign.

Jesus gave a profound response.

“For behold, the Kingdom of God is in your midst.”

What must the religionists have thought?
We know that their anger and hatred of Jesus increased.

I suspect this fueled their emotions.
