2Co 5:20-21

Therefore, we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God were making an appeal through us; we beg you on behalf of Christ, be reconciled to God.

He made Him who knew no sin to be sin on our behalf, so that we might become the righteousness of God in Him.

Paul, as an ambassador for Christ, begged them to be reconciled to God.
To believe.
To repent.
To confess.
To be made new by the Most High.

We then see how salvation occurs.
God the Father, made God the Son, to be sin…to bear the sin of all mankind.
The Son, Who knew no sin bore the sin.

Thereby we become the righteousness of God in Christ.

As believers we are righteous.
We are in “right standing” with the Most High.
We are restored to right relationship.

Therefore, how should we live?

In holiness.
In the righteousness that we are.
In new life.

Realize, we are ambassadors for Christ.
Appeal to others.
Exhort them to be reconciled to God.
