By faith we understand that the worlds were prepared by the word of God, so that what is seen was not made out of things which are visible.

In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth.

Remember, Jesus believed in the Genesis account of creation…

Mat 19:3-6
Some Pharisees came to Jesus, testing Him and asking, “Is it lawful for a man to divorce his wife for any reason at all?”

And He answered and said, “Have you not read that He who created them from the beginning MADE THEM MALE AND FEMALE,

and said, ‘FOR THIS REASON A MAN SHALL LEAVE HIS FATHER AND MOTHER AND BE JOINED TO HIS WIFE, AND THE TWO SHALL BECOME ONE FLESH’?

“So they are no longer two, but one flesh. What therefore God has joined together, let no man separate.”

The passage that Jesus quotes is from Genesis.

Jesus believed the biblical account of creation.
He knew because He created all!

We know “by faith”.
We believe His Word.
This is what Hebrews 11:3 states.
By faith we understand…
Understand what?
…that the worlds were prepared by the Word of God.
…what is seen was not made out of things which are visible.
Creation was “made”.
Creation was made by the Word of the Lord.
Creation was “ex nihilo”…from nothing.
Creation is created/existent based upon things “not seen”…interesting.

So-called “science” will seek to undermine the truth of the Lord.
Such is lie.

Believe by faith, then watch what the Lord reveals to you through His Word and Spirit.
