Blessings Folk!

Today’s reading:

Matthew 13:33
Luke 13:20-21

Jesus continues to reveal the Kingdom.
He does so by speaking in parables.

Again, He asked the question…”to what shall I compare the Kingdom of God/Heaven?”

He uses leaven.

Leaven is added to flour to make bread.
Leaven causes the flour to expand...to rise...to puff up.

Often in the Word leaven is used as an example of sin and how it functions in our lives.

Such is not the case here.

Jesus is speaking of how just a small portion of the Kingdom will grow...will have impact.

Think not of yourself as insignificant in the Kingdom.

May we permeate everywhere we are with the Presence of the Most High God.
