“Light”

Matthew 5:14-16

What an amazing truth.

You, as a True Believer, are the light of the world.
You are the bearer of the Light of Salvation.

We learn that we are to shine forth.
Never attempt to cover that which you are.
Why?

So that other can see the good deeds and give honor to Father.

We are to illumine this present darkness.

We are not to be covered.
We are not to be hidden under a basket.

There is never a time when we are not to shine forth the Light.

John clarifies.
Jesus is the Light of the world.
Followers of Jesus will have the Light of life.
They will not walk in darkness.

Some will shine from the hill.
Some will shine from the lamp stand.

Shine the Light of Life that has been granted to you.

Shine!
