“He Saved Us”
Blessings folk!
We continue to see how we are to live as OneAnother.
Today we learn “how” we are saved.
We have previously examined verses 4-5a.
Give close attention to 5b-7
The Lord poured out the Holy Spirit through Jesus Christ our Savior...richly poured out.
We are now heirs according to the hope of eternal life.
As Believers we rejoice.
Our lives should reflect and manifest these truths.
Do they?

Titus 3:4-7
4 But when the goodness and loving kindness of God our Savior appeared,
5 he saved us, not because of works done by us in righteousness, but according to his own mercy, by the washing of regeneration and renewal of the Holy Spirit,
6 whom he poured out on us richly through Jesus Christ our Savior,
7 so that being justified by his grace we might become heirs according to the hope of eternal life.
How are we saved?
- By the mercy of God
- By the washing of regeneration
- By the renewal of the Holy Spirit
- By being justified by His grace
- By the goodness and lovingkindness of God our Savior
- Not by our works
